Choose the 14x18 Traditional Wrap Canvas. If you want a more professional style canvas, choose the Gallery Wrap option. I’m just going for the best bang for your buck!

Brushes - I like to work with watercolor brushes best. 

Paints - Purchase the Blick Studio Acrylics - Set of 12 colors, 21 ml tubes - If you’d like to purchase a larger set, go ahead. I like to work with browns and neutral tones for mixing, so you may want to purchase a set with a light and dark brown. Not necessary but recommended!

Tabletop Easel 

I bought palettes for my students but you can use aluminum foil to place your paints on. Palettes are available on dickblick.com as well.
